  7. You can create and store notes about your contacts and groups in your ACT! database. To create a note or group note:

  9. <LI>Go to the record of the contact or group you want, then do either of the following:
  10. <UL>
  11. <LI>From the Contact menu, choose Insert Note. The Note For dialog box appears.
  12. <LI>From the Group menu, choose Insert Group Note. The Note For dialog box appears.

  14. <LI>Type the note in the note area.
  15. <LI>If you want to assign this note to a group, select a group from the Group Assignment drop-down list.
  16. <LI>Tap OK to save the note for this contact or group.
